'আমার ব্লগে' পোস্ট করা আমার একটি লেখার কমেন্টে কয়েকজন নাস্তিক অযাচিতভাবে ইসলাম ও দাসপ্রথার সুসম্পর্ক আবিষ্কার করতে মরিয়া হয়ে পড়ে। তাদেরই একজনের অশালীন মন্তব্যকে শালীন ভাষায় উপরে উল্লেখ করেছি। এদের মাথায় ভয়াবহ গণ্ডগোল আছে। ইতিহাসকে দেখতে হয় ইতিহাসের জায়গা থেকে। এরা সেটা পারে না। আজকের বস্তুবাদী সমাজের বস্তুবাদী দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি নিয়ে ১৪০০ বছর আগের একটি সমাজে মাত্র কয়েক বছরের ভেতরে ঘটে যাওয়া এক মহাবিপ্লবকে ধারণ করা অসম্ভব। এখানেই এদের সমস্যা।
আল কোর'আনের অনুবাদগুলোতে অনেক আয়াতে দাস শব্দ ব্যবহার করলেও শব্দটি দাস অর্থে ব্যবহৃত হয় নি। ক্রীতদাসের আরবি হচ্ছে রাকাবাত, যাকে কোর'আনে অস্বীকার করা হয়েছে। অন্যদিকে কোর'আনে যেটাকে স্বীকার করা হয়েছে তা হচ্ছে মালাকাত আয়মান, যার অর্থ অনেকে দাস করে থাকলেও প্রকৃতপক্ষে মালাকাত আয়মান হচ্ছে সেই ব্যক্তি যে বা যারা ন্যায়সঙ্গতভাবে, স্বেচ্ছায় স্বপ্রণোদিত হয়ে নিজেদের ভিতরকার গুণ, যোগ্যতা, প্রতিভা সবকিছু সহকারে সামর্থবানের অধীকারভুক্ত হয়।
কিন্তু এই নব্য নাস্তিককূলের অভিযোগ হচ্ছে- কোনো মানুষই নাকি স্বেচ্ছায় স্বপ্রণোদিত হয়ে নিজের গুণ, যোগ্যতা, প্রতিভাকে অন্য কারও কাছে সমর্পণ করতে পারে না। এটা নাকি অসম্ভব। আরে ভাই- তুমি তোমার বাবা-মায়ের সেবা কর না? তাদের অানুগত্য কর না? এটা কি দাসত্ব? ইসলাম সেবার কথা বলেছে। এটা মানুষের প্রাকৃতিক-স্বাভাবিক বৈশিষ্ট্য যে, সে পরনির্ভরশীল সামাজিক জীব। সমাজবদ্ধ হয়ে বাচতে হলে পারস্পরিক সেবা বিনিময় আবশ্যক। এই সেবাকে অস্বীকার করলে তো সমাজব্যবস্থাই ধ্বংস হয়ে পড়বে। ইসলাম সেবাকে উৎসাহিত করেছে, সেই সাথে জাতিকে বারবার সেবকদের অধিকার স্মরণ করিয়ে দিয়েছে। ঘাম শুকোনোর আগে শ্রমিকের ন্যায্য মূল্য পরিশোধ করতে বলা হয়েছে। নিজে যা খাও সেবককেও তাই খেতে ও পরতে দিতে বলা হয়েছে। সেবককে দান করতে বলা হয়েছে যদিও সে দান গ্রহণ করতে করতে তোমার চেয়েও বেশি সম্পদশালী হয়ে যায়।
তথাকথিত আলেমরা দাস ও কোর'আনে বর্ণিত সেবকের পার্থক্য না বুঝে হীনম্মন্যতার পরিচয় প্রদান করে বলেন- ইসলামে দাসপ্রথা আছে ঠিকই, তবে জাহেলিয়াতের যুগের তুলনায় তাদের বেশি অধিকার প্রদান করা হয়েছে। মিথ্যা কথা। ইসলাম দাসপ্রথাকে বিলুপ্ত করেছে। যেটা নিষিদ্ধ সেটার আবার অধিকার কীসের? অধিকার তো প্রদান করা হয়েছে সেবকদের। শুধু অধিকারের বুলি নয়, তার বাস্তবায়ন করে সোনার যুগ সৃষ্টি করে দেখিয়েছে ইসলাম। আজকের মতো শ্রমিকের সামনে অধিকারের মুলো ঝুলিয়ে তলে তলে শ্রমিকের রক্ত পান করা হয় নি।

3:79, 2:177, 9:4-16, 9:60, 24:33, 4:25, 4:92, 5:89, 8:67, and so on………………… there are no less than 15 places (my count) Allah mention to what and how to do, and free them.
As per the Hadith literature, the situation complete opposite what Quran says:
The hadith Bukhari has made the Prophet a slave trader !
The Holy Prophet asked, “Who will buy this slave from me?” Hazrat Naeem bought
him for 800 Darham (Bukhari, Kitabul Ikrah p.669).
All so called authentic Hadith book mentioned about slavery.
In the so called Muslim theology, in their so called fake hadeeth and fake sunnah
they have clear cut references to slavery. This is an evil satanic belief that the Muslims have inherited from their Biblical fathers.
For example the famous book of Ahlul Sunnah jurisprudence ie the Al Muwatta of
Imam Malik has a detailed explanation on SLAVES. Imam Malik tells the Muslims
how to buy and sell slaves, how a father can bequeath female slaves to his son (if
the father has had sex with the female slave, then the son cannot have sex with them – they can only do housework !!!) and other such satanic teachings.
Please read Al Muwatta of Imam Malik, you will find a lot. You will be amazed. For your kind info, among more than 100 reference from this book, you can check those and compare with Quranic verse that is given above.

The concept of dealing with slave is taken from Jewish tradition. Few examples
[Lev 25:46.20] You may bequeath them to your sons after you, to inherit as a
possession for ever; you may make slaves of them, but over your brethren the
people of Israel you shall not rule, one over another, with harshness.
There is a frighteningly similar suggestion by Imam Malik in his textbook the Al
Muwatta. The Bible also has more suggestions on what to do with slaves
[Lev 25:44.18] As for your male and female slaves whom you may have: you may
buy male and female slaves from among the nations that are round about you.
Again this is also practiced by the Saudis until today.
[Lev 22:10] "An outsider shall not eat of a holy thing. A sojourner of the priest's or
a hired servant shall not eat of a holy thing;
[Lev 22:11] but if a priest buys a slave as his property for money, the slave may
eat of it; and those that are born in his house may eat of his food.
Here the Bible even allows the priests to buy and keep slaves. No doubt the ulema
of Ahlul Sunnah have borrowed this idea too.
[Exod 21:32.6] If the ox gores a slave, male or female, the owner shall give to
their master thirty shekels of silver, and the ox shall be stoned
Hence the Bible suggests the value of a slave ie thirty shekels of silver.
Right minded christians ignore such teachings of the Bible today (or do they ?) It is too shameful. Satanic. But not the ulema of Ahlul Sunnah. The ulemas are the best Jews in the whole world. They have abandoned the
Quran.
