People forget that after 5 year ihs age will be above 40
after 15 year it will be 50
after 20 year , the way he or she is taking unnecessary pressure and work load that is affecting his or her health and family life ;


May be he or she have lost already their LIFE and FAMILYBOTHSo make your own plan, yourself. One company dont have 100 VP posts!!!!Do they??!!!

I have found so many colleagues of my last 11 years who set their targets and reached there and setting new target;enjoying life;spending quality times with family.

They are very very capable of balancing =>> work and life.

I salute them always. Like one of them , was in Huawei Bangladesh ex HR DIRECTOR , who is now HR Head at Citi BANK NA.
