# If you want to understand the value of an hour, you have to ask an young couple in love who are impatiently waiting to see each other again.



# If you want to understand the value of a minute, you should ask someone who has just missed their train, their bus or their plane.



# If you want to understand the value of a second ,you have to ask someone who has survived an accident.



# If you want to understand the value of a millisecond , you should ask someone who has just won a silver medal at the Olympic Games.
