Can't Open Videos in Photoshop CS6

Hello,

I've installed thetingy's Adobe Photoshop CS6 Extended, the only thing what doesn't work is video editing. This is what I get when try to open a MPEG-4 file or any video file that show the image bellow-





Is this problem fixable?
