ভিসা, ব্লকড একাউন্ট ও অন্যান্য



ভার্সিটি থেকে অফার লেটার মেইলে আসার সাথে সাথে http://www.dhaka.diplo.de/ এই ওয়েব সাইটে যেয়ে নিয়মমত ইমেল করতে হবে স্টুডেন্ট ভিসা এপয়েন্টমেন্ট এর জন্য। আমার সময় ফোনে ডেট দিছিলো একটা, পরে গিয়া দেখি তারা নাকি সেটা খাতায় তুলে নাই এজন্যে ঐদিন আমার ইন্টারভিউই হয়নাই। আমি বলছিলাম, আমাকে তাইলে ভিসা প্রক্রিয়া তাড়াতাড়ি করেন নাহলে ক্লাস মিস করবো। জবাবে অপিসার বললো ২-১ দিন ক্লাস মিস হইলে কিছু হবেনা!!!) আর অবশ্যই ৬-৭ সপ্তাহ সময় হাতে রেখে ভিসার জন্যে এপ্লাই করতে হবে। আমার সময় ফোনে ডেট দিছিলো একটা, পরে গিয়া দেখি তারা নাকি সেটা খাতায় তুলে নাই এজন্যে ঐদিন আমার ইন্টারভিউই হয়নাই। আমি বলছিলাম, আমাকে তাইলে ভিসা প্রক্রিয়া তাড়াতাড়ি করেন নাহলে ক্লাস মিস করবো। জবাবে অপিসার বললো ২-১ দিন ক্লাস মিস হইলে কিছু হবেনা!!!) আর অবশ্যই ৬-৭ সপ্তাহ সময় হাতে রেখে ভিসার জন্যে এপ্লাই করতে হবে।



সিমুল্ট্যনাসলি আরো একটা জিনিস করে রাখতে হবে। সেটা হলো #ব্লকড #একাউন্ট।

ব্লকড একাউন্ট নিয়া সবার মধ্যে একটা ভয় কাজ করে- অন্যদের কাছ থেকে শোনার পরে বলছি, এখান থেকে প্রয়োজন না হলে ১টাকাও তোলা লাগেনা, যদিনা কেউ জার্মানিতে গিয়ে কোনো কাজকাম না করে মাসে মাসে এখান থেকে টাকা তুলে খাওয়ার প্লান করে। এইটা জাস্ট একটা ভিসা ফরমালিটি। কমার্শিয়াল ব্যাঙ্ক অফ সিলন পিএলসি আর ইবিএল ব্যাঙ্কের এই ব্যাপারে বেশ নামডাক আছে।কমার্শিয়াল ব্যাঙ্ক থেকে আমাকে বলছে ভিসা হওয়ার পরপরই নাকি এটা তুলে ফেলা যায়। যাচাই করে দেখা হয়নাই এখনো আমার।তাই আমার কথার উপর ভরসা না করাই বুদ্বিমানের কাজ হবে। এই ব্যাপারটা নিয়ে ভালোভাবে খোঁজখবর নিয়ে রাখা ভালো, তবে বেশি ভয় পাওয়ারও কোনো মানে নাই।



In Bavaria, Saxony Anhalt[also it varies from univ. to univ. and thus it is requested to all to get the info. directly from a student who is already studying in that univ. if it is possible to transfer money at once after extension of ur VISA to 1 year/2 years!] & also some other States, it is NOT POSSIBLE to withdraw all the money at ones. You can only withdraw around 650 Euro per month and most importantly you have to have a Block Account in Germany which you need not in other states like NRW, BW in Germany. In NRW, BW a Savings Account will do to have the Bank Statement. So it depends on the STATE you are going. Do your math sharply.



In addition to that: we have heard that in Dortmud, Paderborn which are cities of NRW state, there you have to open a BLOCKED account in Germany to get the visa extension. So please ask a student of that univ. whether you need to open a blocked acc. or not if you have issues with that money. Thank you for your understanding. In addition to that: You will get only 3 months VISA from Bangladesh and there is a regulation that after getting it you have to send your block money to your German bank account so that you can extend your VISA when you will reach Germany. After reaching yourself in Germany and opening an account in a German Bank, your nominee in Bangladesh can send the money to you in Germany. After extension of your VISA in Germany[that is getting the Electronic Resident Permit for 1 or 2 years] some STATES/Visa Officer do not mind if you send the money back to your home, but some STATES/Visa Officer have rules like you can only withdraw a limited amount of money for example: 650-750 Euro per month. So do your math sharply!
