হানিফঢাকা বলেছেন: Brother, Nobody has any authority to make any law beside Allah. If you are Muslim and Believe Allah, then you must follow his rules. Let me tell you what Allah says about haram and halal food:

[005:001] O ye who believe! fulfil (all) obligations. Lawful unto you (for food) are all four-footed animals, with the exceptions named: But animals of the chase are forbidden while ye are in the sacred precincts or in pilgrim garb: for God doth command according to His will and plan.

[005:003] Forbidden to you (for food) are: dead meat, blood, the flesh of swine, and that on which hath been invoked the name of other than God; that which hath been killed by strangling, or by a violent blow, or by a headlong fall, or by being gored to death; that which hath been (partly) eaten by a wild animal; unless ye are able to slaughter it (in due form); that which is sacrificed on stone (altars); (forbidden) also is the division (of meat) by raffling with arrows: that is impiety. This day have those who reject faith given up all hope of your religion: yet fear them not but fear Me. This day have I perfected your religion for you, completed My favour upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion. But if any is forced by hunger, with no inclination to transgression, God is indeed Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

[005:004] They ask thee what is lawful to them (as food). Say: lawful unto you are (all) things good and pure: and what ye have taught your trained hunting animals (to catch) in the manner directed to you by God: eat what they catch for you, but pronounce the name of God over it: and fear God; for God is swift in taking account.

[005:096] Lawful to you is the pursuit of water-game and its use for food,- for the benefit of yourselves and those who travel; but forbidden is the pursuit of land-game;- as long as ye are in the sacred precincts or in pilgrim garb. And fear God, to Whom ye shall be gathered back.

[006:139] They say: "What is in the wombs of such and such cattle is specially reserved (for food) for our men, and forbidden to our women; but if it is still-born, then all have share therein. For their (false) attribution (of superstitions to God), He will soon punish them: for He is full of wisdom and knowledge.

[016:115] He has only forbidden you dead meat, and blood, and the flesh of swine, and any (food) over which the name of other than God has been invoked. But if one is forced by necessity, without wilful disobedience, nor transgressing due limits,- then God is Oft-


In short, the haram food is..

1. Dead Meat
2. Blood
3. Flesh of swine
4. Name mentioned beside Allah

And the condition of the animal that is haram also mentioned verse 5:33

All sea food is halal.


This is the command of Allah. So, don't worry any fatwa regarding. As long as Allah permits, you can have it.


(As per the rules of Allah, even eating dog's meat is halal, but whether you eat or not is up to you, and your culture, but Allah does not make it haram)

এ আর ১৫ বলেছেন: চিংড়ি মাছ মাছ প্রজাতীর প্রাণী নয়। চিংড়ি মাছ অর্থোপোডা প্রজাতীর অন্তর্গত । অর্থোপোডা পোকামাকর ধরনের প্রাণী। তেলাপোকা, কাকড়া , বিছা ইত্যাদি এই প্রজাতীর অন্তর্গত।
