it is the way if we will follow proper recruitment systems we will reduce corruption .Our country's all recruitment are depend on corruption..but it is really disparate for all candidates. If anyone gets a job with give of bribe then he/she interested to work more unethically to increase money that's why, when he/she gets the job to collect money from different people.
