Mexico and Australia issued the new standards for electronic products including LED lamp

Mexico electronic products including LED lamps especially LED tube light and other home LED lamp and microwave must comply with energy efficiency standards:



1) NOM-032-ENER-2013 energy efficiency standards newly released for LED tube light and other home LED lamp and electronic products and microwaves, which will be enforced on September 20, 2014.



The Mexican standard applies to the following LED tube light and other home LED lamp and electrical and electronic equipment:



Digital TV adapter, television signal decoder received through cable, images of satellite and Internet Protocol (IP), such as LED bulbs, LED tube light,LED downlight,printers, scanners copying equipment, copiers, microwave, standalone devices, audio sound capabilities, video player or DVD home theater or digital disco with high-definition (Blu-ray), Light Emitting Diode (LED) for TV, Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), Plasma Display Panel (PDP) and Organic Light Emitting Diodes (OLED), 100 volt single-phase power supply voltage to 277 volts AC, 50 Hz or 60 Hz, all of these products manufactured or imported require labeling.



2) Power Tools Standard NMX-J-524/1-ANCE will be revised, the new standard will be takem effect and enforced on November 16, 2014.



Australia issued the following new standards:



1) AS / NZS IEC 61347.2.13 and AS / NZS IEC 62560 has been released.



2) LED tube light, AS / NZS 60598.2.1 A revised version has been published.



3) The new version of the AS / NZS 3105 has been published in the April 28, 2014.
