You don’t have to be the Prime Minister to start working for Bangladesh

Stop posting or sharing lame contents about Bangladesh. And, stop representing BD poorly. Bangladesh is alright; if there’s anything wrong that is wrong with its lame people and their so-called underrated mentality. Sick people and sick their montri mohadoygon (specifically those who don’t know when to smile and post ‘challenging times’ photos).

Show me a country which doesn’t have any problem? Even almost half of the Americans didn’t vote for Trump but still, he’s the president. People hate him. One of my close Russian friends said it is such a big country but every system is a crap. People hate the Putin administration. Talk about China? I have heaps of Chinese friends. A communist nation, people couldn’t even have more than one kid for almost 25 years. Can you imagine that? One of my Chinese friends told me her parent's name needed to be changed just to avoid government arrest of the entire family as she was the second kid of their parents. Few rich people in China are becoming rich and the rest of them are struggling like everyone else. You can’t do a single thing (including business) without having a good relation with the government (well that’s same everywhere, right?). North and South America, Australasia, Europe, Arab, Africa everywhere more or less the same. Don’t believe me? Read local news of that particular country and get the people opinion. Talk about South Asia? India is such a big country still struggling with the primary health, education and other fundamental human needs. Pakistan? I don’t need to say, you know that right? I heard every country has an Army and Pakistan Army has a country. The main point is every country has their own problem.

We are a thousand times better than that. I tell you. See the bright sides and work to contribute to the country from your position. Maybe use the foot overbridge, don’t insist to stop the bus in the middle of a road, don’t ride bikes at footpath, use the rubbish bin, don’t pee on the road, don’t be an over passenger in a public transport, don’t break law and blame police for not giving you a favour and so many things you can do to contribute little.

Most of the public transport drivers are from a very poor family who did not have ‘proper education’ like you. What sort of behaviours do you expect from them? Rather give them a smile and thank you every time you ride with them. Mention them that they have done a great job today. Wait, I know how people behave with them. Specifically, ‘some’ students. Doing a wrong thing for a good cause is also a wrong thing! True.

There’s problem everywhere. Everyone can talk about the problem. If you can, try one thing that contributes to the reduction of that problem. If you can’t, just stop child crying and seek the attention of others to interfere in our problem. Apparently, they laugh at us. I hate when people spread negativity about Bangladesh. If as a nation we can’t be united then the worst is yet to come.

I have studied at The University of Rajshahi which is the second oldest university in Bangladesh and have a bit knowledge of student politics including League, Dol, Bam, Dan and Shibir. I know a little bit about how things work. Also, what people want to say or prove.

Government and politics is a complicated thing and very few people have that cognition to understand the thin mechanism. In fact, very few people run the country and very few people run the regional politics and the global politics. We, as amjonota, don’t understand it. They play with us, they use us and then they kick us. That’s almost same everywhere.

Don’t like politics? You gotta deal with it either way. Majority of politicians will retire in the next 15-20 years. Who will lead next? You, me, our generation will lead it. Prepare yourself for it. Educate yourself. Be a good citizen. Use your brain before emotion. You don’t have to be the Prime Minister to start working for Bangladesh.

Peace ✌️ ❤️
