Brac Bank issue

I am with Brac Bank for quite a time and after view some news over the false internet transaction I hope clients should ask about it. I send an email equerry which is:



Hi

My brack bank account no:XXXXXXXXXXXXXX . This mail is to let you some concern of mine. I am with Brac Bank for more than 2+ year and quite happy with how things going. I am so happy indeed that I ask 3 of my employee to get account in Brac bank and giving their salary direct to their account via online transaction. Now some news get my attention which is: Click This Link . This news claiming that one client of Brac bank loose 50,000 BDT to another credit card account which he has no relation or intention to pay. I raise my concern bcs I do internet banking and after a transaction happen if I say to my bank i don't make that transaction but some fraudulent activity happen then I should get my money back. Or shouldn't I?



Another thing is the level of customer care is quite taking downward spiral. I remember 1 month ago I made a complain of merchandiser taking charge for using debit card with specific proof and get a call from a person from card department and his astonished reaction is that he is from credit card related thing and he is smart person as he cover that up and let me know he will look into it. I believe he is still looking but nothing finding in horizon. The thing is client(which is me) will ignore these type of thing once or twice but maybe not forever. I think you will view this mail morning in the morning. So good morning and hope to get answer on the false transaction matter and also would be very happy if u can remind the credit card guy of what happened to my debit card fee deduction.

We should all look into the problem. At the present time its become our habit to depend on credit card and debit card to less the risk of carrying cash and using online transaction. Our concern or protest over each misstep or misbehavior will force them to hear our problem and rectify them. If we think why this person making scene for 200-300 BDT the we would be in real problem or that money gone another persona so who care. So be strict and be vigilant over things like that.
