Will be the Hajj Halal, if the money generated from salary on a convensional bank?

As-salamu alaykum,

My uncle works in a conventional bank at loan department. He inspect the risk of giving loan. if loan file pass through his desk, the loan file go for final approval .He managed to buy land in Dhaka and Flat from salary . Even now he is trying to make Hajj with the saving that are earned from salary on conventional bank.

Now my question is, will the Hajj be Halal if he complete his Hajj? if not please let him suggest what should he do now.
