সাবার আগে আসি ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং আসলে কি: ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহার করে বিভিন্ন ইলেকট্রনিক ডিভাইসের সাহায্যে যে বিপনন ব্যবস্থা সহজ কথায় তাই ই ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং। তবে ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং এর ব্যবপকতা অনেক বেশি। আমি আমার এই লেখায় এত গভির বিষয়ে যাব না। বর্তমান বিশ্বে ইন্টার নেট একটি অপরিহার্য নাম । বর্তমানে বিশ্বে সক্রিয় ভাবে ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহার করেণ প্রায় 433 কোটি মানুষ। যাদের মধ্যে প্রায় 390 কোটি মানুষ ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহার করেণ মোবাইল ফোনের মাধ্যম। এই বিশাল জন সংখ্যাকে টার্গেট করে পন্যের যে প্রচারনা তাই ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং।

প্রচলিত মার্কেটিং ব্যবস্থায় পন্যের প্রচারনা করা হয় টিভি, রেডিও, বিলবোর্ড, পোস্টার, লিফলেট ইত্যাদি মাধ্যমে। এই ক্ষেত্রে কোন পন্যের প্রচারণা ঠিক কতজন গ্রাহকের কাছে পৌছাল তা নির্নয় করা সম্ভব নয়। এই ধরনের প্রচারনার ক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহকের কোনো ডেটা সংগ্রহ করা সম্ভব হয়না। ফলে প্রচারনার দৌড়ে প্রচলিত পদ্ধতি দিন দিন গুরুত্ব হারাচ্ছে।
ধরে নেওয়া যাক কোন ব্যাক্তি একটি ফ্রিজ কিনবেন। কিন্তু সে যখন টিভির সামনে বসে ছিলেন তার সামনে প্রচারিত হল গাড়ির বিজ্ঞাপন, এতে ঐ বিজ্ঞাপন দাতার কোনো লাভ হবে না। পক্ষান্তরে ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং এমন এ্কটি পদ্ধতি যার মাধ্যমে কোনো গ্রাহক যে বিষয়ে আগ্রহি তাকে শুধু সেই বিষয়ের বিজ্ঞাপন টাই দেখানো হবে।

প্রশ্ন হল আমরা কিভাবে বুঝবো কোন গ্রাহক কোন বিষয়ে আগ্রহি?
একটু চিন্তা করুন আপনি যখন বিভিন্ন সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যেমে আপনার বিভিন্ন কার্যক্রম শেয়ার করেন সেইগুলো কি মুছে যায়? আপনি যদি ফ্রিজ কিনতে আগ্রহি হন তাহলে আপনি সার্চ ইঞ্জিনে ফ্রিজ লিখেই সার্চ করবেন অথবা যেই সাইট গুলোতে ফ্রিজ আছে আপনি সেই সাইটে ভিজিট করবেন। এখানে আরও মজার ব্যবপার হল আপনি হাজার হাজার ফ্রিজ এর মধ্য থেকে যেগুলো আপনার পছন্দ হয় বা যেগুলো আপনার বাজেটের মধ্যে আপনি সেগুলোতেই ক্লিক বরবেন। আপনার এই তথ্য গুলো সার্চ ইঞ্জিন সংগ্রহ করে এবং পরবর্তিতে আপনার সামনে বিজ্ঞাপন হিসাবে কোনটি আনা হবে তা নির্ধারণ করে।

সুতরাং দেখা যাচ্ছে বিজ্ঞাপনের মাধ্যম হিসাবে প্রচলিত পদ্ধতির চাইতে ডিজিটাল মার্কের্টিং অনেক বেশি কার্যকর


Marketing with the help of various electronic devices using the Internet is simply digital marketing. However, the prevalence of digital marketing is much higher. In the conventional marketing system, the product is promoted through TV, radio, billboards, posters, leaflets etc. In this case, it is not possible to determine exactly how many customers reached a product promotion. In the case of such campaigns, it is not possible to collect any customer data. As a result, the conventional method of campaigning is losing importance day by day.
Suppose a person buys a fridge. But when he was sitting in front of the TV, a car advertisement was aired in front of him, it would not benefit the advertiser. On the other hand Digital marketing is a method by which a customer is shown an ad only the subject they are interested in.

The question is how do we know which customer is interested in which product?
Think about it, when you share your activities through different social media, do they get deleted? If you are interested in buying a fridge, you will search for it by typing it in the search engine or you will visit the sites where there is a fridge. The more interesting thing here is that you will click on the thousands of fridges that you like or the ones that are within your budget. Your search engine collects this information and decides which one will be brought before you as an advertisement when you use internet.

So it turns out that digital marketing is much more effective than the conventional method of advertising
