গুরুত্বপুর্ন সংশোধনী যা আগামিকাল প্রকাশিত হতে যাচ্ছে...



পূর্বে ছিলঃ 21(1): A person convicted of any crime specified in section 3 and sentenced by a Tribunal shall have the right of appeal to the appeallate Division of The supreme court of Bangladesh against such conviction and sentence.



যুক্ত হচ্ছেঃ 21(2): The govt. shall have the right of appeal to the appellate division of the supremecourt of Bangladesh against an order of acuqittal.



21(3): An appeal under sub-section (1) or (2) shall be preferred within(30days) of the date of order of conviction and sentence of acquittal.
