In the liberation war of 1971, the Bengali nation gained the victory against Pakistan. It’s the history for the birth of Bangladesh.The national Cricket of Bangladesh representing Bangladesh with an area of 56,977 square miles and more over 16 crore population.



The initial attack of Bangladesh official cricket came in the year of 1979, ICC Trophy in England. In ICC trophy Bangladesh leave the tournaments with 2 more win. Bangladesh played their first ODI match against Pakistan in the Asia Cup on 1986.By won the ICC Trophy on 1997 in Malaysia, Bangladesh qualified for the Cricket World Cup on 1999 for the initial time.Bangladesh made an amazing cricketing history by defeated the Pakistan in the 1999 World Cup. Bangladesh acquired there Test status on 2000. From 10-13 November, 2000 Bangladesh played their first Test match against India.



Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB):



BCB founded in 1972 and affiliationed of ICC on 26 June 2000 as a full member.Nazmul Hasan , MP is the running president of BCB and AHM Mustafa Kamal ,FCA ,MP is the chairman of BCB.AHM also the running President of ICC.



Test Records:



Highest team score 638 a gainst Srilanka on 2013 in Galle.Later,the match drawn.

Lowest team score 62 against also Srilanka on 2007 in Colombo. Bangladesh gained their largest victory by runs (226 runs) against Zimbabwe on 2005 in Chittagong.Enamul Haque Jr selected for the Man of the Match for his outstanding bowling (12/200).The little master from Tigers, that is Mushy have the highest individual test totals (200runs) against Srilanka on 2013 in Galle.The ex and the most successful captain in the history of Bangladesh Habibul Bashar or Mr. Fifty kept the position of highest test scorer with 3026 runs from 50 matchs with average of 30.87 (24*50,3*100). Mohammad Ashraful, the another legendary player of Bangladesh,kept up the position of most hundred taker of Bangladesh Cricket (6 hundred).



The most wicket taker bowling Shakib Al Hasan took 122 wickets from 34 Tests with the economy of 2.94. He has also the best bowling figure in an innings 7/36 against New Zealand and hunt the maximum time for 5 wickets (9*5) as a Bangladeshi bowler.



ODI Records:



Highest team total, 326/3 against Pakistan in Dhaka with 6.52 RPO.Unfortunately, Bangladesh lost the match.Lowest team total 58, against West Indies in Dhaka on 2011.

Highest individual totals, 154 for Tamim Iqbal against Zimbabwe in Bulawayo on 2009. Most Runs for Shakib Al Hasan as a first Bangladeeshi, 3688 from 126 ODIs with an average of 35.63 and strike rate 78.07 (5*100, 25*50).He is also the most hundred and fifty maker for Bangladesh Cricket. Most wickets, 204 wickets from 141 matches by Abdur Razzak.Best bowling figure by Mash 6/26 against Kenya.



T20 Records:



Most runs by Mohammad Ashraful,450runs from 23 matches.Most wickets by Abdur Razzak 39 wickets from 25 matches with an average of 18.52.



From 1986 to present,28 years more passed through the history of Bangladesh Cricket. Bangladesh Cricket Team nursed by the charge of Dav Whatmore (2003-2007), Jamie Siddons (2007-2011), Shane Jurgensen (2013-2014), and now Chandika Hatuusinghe (2014-Present).



Habibul Basar (2004-2007), Mohammad Ashraful (2007-2009), Shakib al Hasan (2009 -2011) and now Mushfiqur Rahim ( 2011 to present ) was named as captain of Bangladesh national Cricket Team. The most valueable performers and also the most experienced players of Bangladesh Cricket team are Mashrafe Mortaza , Shakib Al Hasan (The world ranking no.1 All rounder),Mushfiqur Rahim (Captain), Abdur Razzak, Anamul haque, Tamim Iqbal, Mahmudulla Riyadh and so on.



In upper I just mentioned the structure, control, history and performance of Bangladesh National Cricket team, in bellow I want to provide clear concepts about the cricket fans of Bangladesh within short words.



The Bangladeshi people are known as "the most passionate cricket fans" among the Cricket world. People celebrate night in street with each other’s when Bangladesh are victorious. They also stay against all of the cricketers & roar for know the reason of defeat, when the result of a match in not on favour of their national team.



AHM Mostofa Kamal said that, “Bangladeshi cricket fans take cricket religiously".

An avid fan of Bangladesh Cricket named Jeeshan Mirza writes an adventurous tour preview for the site of tigercricke like- "Bangladesh will be desperate to g et back to its winning ways. As always fans will have lofty expectations. But it’s a new beginning for the Tigers under the stewardship of a new head coach and support staff who are still getting to know the team. A more realistic expectation thus would be to look at the tour as an opportunity to find form, gain much needed confidence and adopt to any new system the coaching unit is trying to instill."



Although the statistics of Bangladesh Cricket is not so well and the well wisher takes a long rest to celebrate a victory, we supported, we are supporting and we will support our beloved Bangladesh. Good luck Bangladesh, good luck Tigers.
