কবিতার কথাগুলো সুন্দর, তবে বাংলায় হয়তো এর চেয়েও আরো বেশী সুন্দর করে বলতে পারতেন।

খায়রুল আহসান বলেছেন: desert মানে মরুভূমি কিংবা মরুভূমির ন্যায় শুষ্ক, desertification মানে মরুকরণ, কিন্তু deserted মানে কিন্তু 'মরুকৃত' বা মরুর ন্যায় শুষ্ক নয়, deserted মানে 'পরিত্যাক্ত'। deserted এর সাথে মরুভূমি কিংবা মরু সংক্রান্ত কোন সংশ্লিষ্টতা নেই। এ জন্যেই কথাটা জিজ্ঞেস করেছিলাম।
ভালোবাসা ব্যতীত হৃদয় জলবিহীন তপ্ত মরুভূমি......
সেখানে প্রেম যেন মরুভূমির মধ্যে পানির ছোঁয়া.... - খুব সুন্দর বলেছেন এ কথাগুলো।
