QATAR TO RECRUIT MORE BANGLADESHI

Qatar will hopefully keep the door open for recruiting more people from Bangladesh as it will contribute to the needed manpower to fulfill its aim towards the implementation of its Qatar National Vision 2030. They have expressed its keen interest to recruit more professionals and skilled workers from Bangladesh in the country's construction, hospitality and service sectors. They showed their willingness regarding the matter. To keep the process open for us, we need to show our sincerity and commitment to earn the confidence of the host government by abiding by the laws. Both the country discussed about growing bilateral relations between them specially the impressive growth rate in manpower recruitment from Bangladesh. The minister in the meeting briefed about new labour law of Qatar and underlined that the latest amendment in the law would ensure rights of the workers. Bangladesh is now ready to provide a pool of professionals. A total of 2,80,000 Bangladeshi workers are presently employed in Qatar.
