Hello,



Welcome to my blog. I am a fashion-buff. Working in Bangladesh fashion industry since 2008. Started my career with a dream to be a fashion designer. Everyone starts with institutional education, I started with hands-on work. There were two reason; first, I needed money & second, I wanted Freedom. By working in retail sales, I tried to learn customer/peoples mind. What do they want, how do they receive a new product, how to run a fashion business, how to manage production procurement.... & many more (still learning).



But, unfortunately in our country "Certificate" is much more important then expertise. I tried in many fashion houses to get a space to work as designer. However some of them allowed me for a interview, but didn't recruited. At the end of everything they all want/ed certificate!!!



Yes, I also do believe, institutional education makes you sharper. But in such sectors like 'designing', passion is much more important...
