Most house plan websites simply resell house plans from other designers and architects but all of the plans you will find on houseplants.com were designed by us. Because all of our house plans were designed by us, we can easily answer your questions about the plans, discuss modifications and give you the most accurate information about every house plan on our site.

We don't resell house plans from other designers and architects so you will find plans here that you won't find anywhere else.

It's very difficult to find the perfect house plan so we make modifications easy. Simply find a house plan that is close to what you're looking for and let us know what we can change to make it fit you better. Since all of our plans are designed "in-house", modifications are quick, easy and usually cost just a fraction of what you'd spend elsewhere.

• Easy (and often free) modifications.

We don't expect any house plan to fit you perfectly so we don't charge for minor modifications. Want to change a window or a door? No extra charge! Need to rearrange the kitchen, bathroom, or even change the foundation type? No problem! Unless we're redesigning a significant amount of space, most modifications are included for no extra charge.

• Our plans can be modified to comply with your local building codes.

Since building codes differ from one place to another, the plans may need to be modified to comply with your local building codes. These modifications are usually included for no additional fee.
