A student gets 69.9 % number avg. in subjects though he is failed in exam.
His Roll number can be shown in notice board at WAITING list after giving application .Well, he pays 2000/- for attendance percentage not for going college regularly .Then his result converted to PASS from FAIL !!! How interesting is this....
A student becomes fail ,though he passes all subjects with good number .He is failed only for some money ,sorry huge money.
