Output from slang language

I believed that criticism (Slang word) is not the way to get better output from others whereas patients can be the only one way to get proper output from your subordinate. on the other hand, Management should know how to manage the people? If you think your subordinate can't deliver his task with properly then you need to have patient on your employee. Otherwise, Employee can be lost his confidence level. So, Avoid slang language when you will talk with your employee.
