Quantity of projects in Bangladesh is increasing but what about quality ?
Think-
1. Do we need to express way in Dhaka in 170 Billions of taka ? Or we need a proper plan to stop migration, decentralization.
2. Do we need escalator in school? Or we need quality education with quality tutor.
3. Do we need Moghbazar flyover? Or proper plan or franchise big bus system.
4. Do we need Rampal Coal fired electricity? Or we need more investment in renewable energy.
5.Do we need four lane roads? Or developed rail network ?

However, you question is about bus system and tram.
Yes--- implementing bus system in franchise is possible within this system. Late Anisul Haque tool initiative bus I do not know it's fate.
Tram-- It need proper study to implement
