Soliloquy from a 21st Century Man

I talk to myself in subconscious mind

I talk to my table, to my chair,

I talk to my pen, to my book,

I talk to my furniture around my room.

Everything goes on as usual

Everybody is in his/her own business,

Nobody cares each other’s passion, emotion.

A kind of emptiness entangles us

Its mysterious hands grasp us,

Journey in darkness seems endless...

The sun will also rises tomorrow

The veil of night again will covers the earth in darkness,

Only the exception, we left in our self-made cage.

Selfishness, practice of perverted politics,

Policies to suppress the poor and hypocrisy

All these may sink in the heart of ocean,

Dark and deep, and the ship of humanity

May sail out again to explore the beauty

And meaning of life, to repair the crack in human bondage.

To supply the oxygen to humanity in its death-bed.

The raindrops may wash out all the evils

The golden ray of sunshine may drive out the gloomy darkness,

Sense of peace may come upon the wind

Good sense may prevail upon everything........
