Happy New Year 2016 but is it tomorrow since the year ends in 365 day's 7 hour and some seconds and it is adjusted with leapyear i.e in the month of februay with 29 day's.Otherwise we leading 365 day's year. If so could one day cover 7hour time i.e 7hour in four year i.e leap year equal 28 hours.So there is a difference of 4 hour.Howevere if it is one second in 2015 years it is stands for 2015 seconds equal to .Pls calculate.
