আমার ওয়াইফ গত জানুয়ারীতে F2 ভিসার জন্যে বাংলাদেশে আমেরিকান Embassy তে আবেদন করে। কিন্তু দূর্ভাগ্যজনক ভাবে Additional Adminstrative Processing এ পরে। এখন পর্যন্ত তার স্টেটাস Additional Adminstrative Processing দেখাচ্ছে। ইতিমধ্যে সে GRE , TOEFL দিয়েছে। এখন যদি তার PhD তে Admission Funding হয়, তবে কি Additional Adminstrative Processing থাকা অবস্থায় F1 ভিসার জন্যে আবেদন করতে পারবে? যদি আপনার জানা থাকে, প্লিজ জানালে উপকৃত হবো।

মিজানুররহমানসুমন বলেছেন: You can apply anytime because this is another reason. but they will easily know that the previous case is admin pending. So its a point and critical issue. Better you wait, and check local embassy about that case.

মিজানুররহমানসুমন বলেছেন: Admin process means when your wife gave finger prints at embassy or part of her name, eventually matches with us gov database for security purpose. US govt has 0 tollerance in this respect. So you have to wait, this may take 3 months. If the confirmation from Washington is positive, she will be given visa.
