11th Modern Office Management Course (MOMC) is considered as one of the highest professional training for senior officials of the government and autonomous organizations to enable an officer to think modern in the line of Government Policy. This is also a chance for the participants to meet the friends after intervals. It enhances interaction through sharing of experience and innovative ideas beyond the routine office works.

Publication of souvenir is an initiative to hold the pleasant memory of the interaction. May be, this is the lucrative and sophisticated training course in the BPATC for many of us. But when some one would go through this, definitely s/he will feel nostalgic for his/her BPATC days of 11th MOMC.

জয়তু প্রশিক্ষণ!

১৫ দিন! অনেকটা সময়। পরিবারকে না ছেড়ে থাকা মিলি ঘুরে ফিরে বার বার একই কথা ভাবছিল। ট্রেনিং এ মনোনীত হবার পরের কয়েকটি দিন অফিসের কাজগুলো দ্রুত গুছিয়ে নিতে হয়েছিল। দু’টো সšতান কোথায় থাকবে? স্কুল, পরীক্ষারই বা কী হবে? ইত্যাদি চিন্তার যেন বিরতি ছিলনা মোটেও। সমস্ত কিছু শেষে মিলি যখন বিপিএটিসি, সাভারের পথে পা বাড়ালো, তখন বাঁধ ভাঙ্গা কান্না গুমড়ে উঠলো যেন। ভেতরের শ্বাশত শিক্ষা বাঁধা দিল। শান্ত হও! ধৈর্য্য ধর। শেষ বিকেলে বা সন্ধ্যা ছুঁই ছুঁই সময়ে যখন মিলি তার গন্তব্যে পৌছল, বিপিএটিসি’র সবুজ বিশালতা তাকে মুগ্ধ করল । রাতটি নির্ঘূম কাটলেও স্নিগ্ধ সকাল ও সমমনা আরও ২৬ জনের সার্বক্ষণিক সঙ্গ তাকে অনেকটাই ভরিয়ে দিল। নতুন প্রশিক্ষণে তৈরি মিলি কোন ফাঁকে ১৫ দিন সময় কাটিয়ে দিল তার হিসাব আজ আর কিছুতেই মেলে না। নিজেকে নতুন রূপে চিনতে পারা মিলির আজ বলতে ইচেছ করে- জয়তু প্রশিক্ষণ! জয়তু ১১তম মডার্ণ অফিস ম্যানেজমেন্ট কোর্স।
