Living Cost

When a person fulfills his all desire i.e. house, car and other disiration what might be his living cost i.e. when demand is low what might be supplying cost.
The supply i.e. marginal demand should be low but due to higher demand poors are remaining poor. The rule should be if you have finished your eating give some other one to eat to equilibrium the demand.
