Mononesh Das is a Bangladeshi journalist, writer, and citizen journalist who has been involved in investigative journalism for many issues. He is a leader in the journalism field in the Mymensingh region.
Early life:
Born on March 23, 1975 in Mujati village, a suburb of Muktagachha in Mymensingh
Comes from an aristocratic family that was martyred in the war of liberation
Career:
Began his journalism career in 1992 as a student at Govt. Shahid Smriti College
Worked as a traveling correspondent for Dainik Jahan in the districts and upazilas of Greater Mymensingh
Has been the Muktagacha Correspondent for The Daily Ittefaq since 1998
Has also worked as a writer for blog Bdnews24.com and as the Mymensingh Bureau Chief for Dhaka Times 24
Recognition:
Has been recognized for his merits in journalism, charan journalism, and citizen journalism
Has been involved in presenting neglected issues in the media
