They are no more
We know for sure
But what if God gives them back for a day or two?

Oh God,
How we long to touch, feel and speak
How we wait to see, hear and smell

They say, what is done cannot be undone
But can you tell where to go, where to seek
Or how to turn back the time?

What is this sharp sword ripping the heart?
What is that inner cry trying to outburst?

Is it just us feeling left out,
Or are they really gone?

For once and just for once
Please God please
Bring them back for once.
