An INTERVIEW question that comes up frequently:
“So tell me a bit about who you are?”

The key thing is in understanding the question.

“I am an MBA, Project Manager, with over 8 years experience,” is the WRONG answer!

“I am motivated, driven, a critical thinker, energetic, reliable, team player,” is the CORRECT answer!

Don’t confuse the ‘what’ with the ‘who.’

You are a wonderful HUMAN being first and foremost; not a label!
