Before submit the order, the merchandisers must know the details about their supplier. For instance, number of knitting machine, number of dyeing machine, production lead time, payment terms, shipping mode and so on.
Know the knowledge of inspection certificate.
In every step of merchandising work, the merchandiser must remember that customer satisfaction is ultimate goal



Communication with Chinese suppliers

Supplier is our business partner. They are also key to success in the business.
Sometimes respect supplier more than customer.
Always feel comfortable with supplier.
When deal with supplier, merchandiser must keep in mind win win situation.
Don’t frustrate or aggressive with supplier.
When loose temper, control yourself.
Don’t argue with supplier.

2-3% short shipment is allowed but not allowed over shipment.

Keep invoice, FCR, Bill of lading and other documents.
