Fifthly. With or without her consent, when she is under fourteen years of age. "
এখানে এই মামলার মূল পয়েন্ট হচ্ছে চতুর্থটি ... বর্তমানে এই ধারাটি নারী ও শিশু নির্যাতন প্রতিরোধ ট্রাইব্যুনালের আইনে অন্তর্ভুক্ত করা হয়েছে।
তবে কন্যা যেহেতু স্বীকার করে নিয়েছেন স্বেচ্ছায় এটা হয়েছে, এই মামলায় তার হেরে যাওয়ার সম্ভাবনা বেশি, এই পয়েন্ট বিপক্ষ ল,ইয়ার তাকে ......... ও প্রমান করে ফেলতে পারে। যদি উপর মহল কোন কু কিছু না করে তাহলে আশা করি রুবেল খালাস পাবেন।
