Effects on human minds regarding the job market

It is very unfortunate that in spite of being highly educated with good grades people are unemployed. It is very difficult to find a job which will actually fulfill your requirements. Most people with the highest degree have to roam around or suffer to find his desired type of work. This issue has a lot of impacts on human minds. People specially aging from 25 to 30 face these complications the most.
For example being a student myself, I would expect a job after I graduate with high CGPA. But in reality this is not the case. Whichever job that I will choose will not fit in the requirements of the job. Either there will be a problem in the designation or the salary. It is a must that all the job requirements need a minimum experience but according to me the job market should also provide a platform for the beginners. Then the students who are graduating will not have to lose their confidence and motivation to progress in life. It is seen that students who do not have a job face complications with their life. They become depressed and began to question their abilities. This is a story of almost 90% houses that it is difficult to find a job in this situation of the market. The society begins to question the ability of the person which ultimately leads to most of the suicidal cases.
