Advancement of technology has its positive and negative sides. Technology was invented in order to help people but people today are more depended on technology than on any other things in the world now. In a survey it is observed that undergraduate students or people aging from 15 to 30 mostly use social networking sites to connect to people all over the world. The social networking sites were invented for the purpose of connecting people of same interests, family, friends to stay connected but do you really think that it is used for this purpose?
The positive sides of these technologies are that they got faster and people got advanced. People can visit any places without hassle and quickly. But it also enhanced leisure. Since technology is advancing, people are losing interest to work. They depend on machines to work for them. In fact the progression of technology world is causing the people to be distracted, overly stressed and depressed and moreover secluded. People over the world are using the social sites to involve in countless number of relationships which ultimately makes them feel empty inside. People are using these social sites to increase their popularity over the world rather than connecting to people. This is one of the reason behind increasing divorce and separation of marriages. Many people are losing their job as technology is getting advanced. Industries and factories are using the technologies to be more productive.
