জাহিদ হাসান হামিদপুরী
আমি মুহাম্মাদ জাহিদ হাসান হামিদপুরী। দারুল উলুম মুঈনুল ইসলাম হাটহাজারিতে পড়াশুনা করছি।
যে সব মহামনীষী ও মুজতাহিদগণ পবিত্র কোরআন ও হাদিস থেকে গবেষনার মাধ্যমে ইসলামী শরীয়তের বিধি-বিধান সম্বলিত ইসলামী ফেকাহ রচনা করে সাধারণ মুসলমানদের জন্য শরিয়তের আহকাম অনুশীলনের পথ সুগম করে দিয়েছেন, ইমাম আবু হানিফা (রহ) তাদের মধ্যে সর্বশ্রেষ্ঠ পথিকৃৎ। বিশেষত সাহাবা পরবর্তী যুগে যে সকল আলেম, মুহাদ্দিস, ফকীহ ও মুজতাহিদ হাদিস ও ফেকাহ শাস্ত্রে অসাধারণ অবদান রাখার জন্য ইতিহাসে অমর হয়ে রয়েছেন, তাদের মধ্যে ইমাম আবু হানিফা (রহ) এর নাম অবিস্মরনীয়।
কিন্তু অত্যন্ত দুঃখের বিষয়, সকল ঐতিহাসিক সত্যকে দুপায়ে দলিত করে মুক্ত বুদ্ধি ওস্বাধীন চিন্তার ধ্বজাধারী তথাকথিত কিছু চিন্তাবিদ ও গবেষক ইসলামী জ্ঞান-বিজ্ঞানের জগতে ইমাম আবু হানিফা (রহ) এর পাহাড়সম ব্যাক্তিত্বকে ঘায়েল করার জন্য রীতিমত প্রতিযোগিতা শুরু করে দিয়েছে। তারা জনমনে বিভ্রান্তি সৃষ্টির জন্য একথা প্রচার করে বেড়ায় যে, হাদীসে রাসুল (স) এর সাথে ইমাম আবু হানিফা (রহ) এর বিশেষ কোন সম্পর্ক নেই এবং মুহাদ্দিসীনে কেরামের ত্ঁার বিশেষ কোন স্থান নেই।যদি কোন শাস্ত্রের সাথে তাঁর বিশেষ কোন সম্পর্ক থেকে থাকে, তাহলে তা হচ্ছে একমাত্র ইলমে ফেকাহ। শুধু তাই নয়, তারা তাঁর মত এমন বিশাল ব্যক্তিত্বকে ফকিহুদ্দুনিয়া বলতেও রাজি নয়, বরং তারা তাঁকে নিতান্ত অনিচ্ছা সত্বেও তাকে ফকিহুল কুফা বলে পরিচয় দেয়। এর চেয়ে সংকির্ণতা আর নিচতা কি হতে পারে? অথচ তিনি সর্বপ্রথম কোরআন-হাদীসের আলোকে বিশেষ পদ্ধতিতে ফিকহে ইসলামী শিক্ষা দিয়েছেন। কোরাআন এবং হাদীসের মধ্যে তিনি সর্বপ্রথম ফেকহি পরিচ্ছদ কায়েম করেন। এই বিশাল অবদানের কথা স্মরণ করে শুধু তাঁর অনুসারীগণই নন; বরং ইমাম শাফেয়ী (রহ), ইমাম মালেক (রহ), ইমাম আহমদ ইবন হাম্বল (রহ) প্রমুখের মত মুজতাহিদ ইমামগণ পর্যন্ত তাঁর কৃতিত্বের স্বীকৃতি দানে কুন্ঠিত হননি এবং জনসম্মুখে তাঁর ইমাম হওয়ার কথা ঘোষণা দিয়েছেন অত্যন্ত বলিষ্ঠভাবে।

জাহিদ হাসান হামিদপুরী বলেছেন: ধোয়াটে বলাটা যুক্তিসঙ্গত নয়। কারণ বাংলাদেশে মূলত ফিকহে হানাফীর অনসরণ করা হলেও একশ্রেনীর মানুষ ফিকহে হানাফীর বিরুদ্ধে বিষোদগার করে যাচ্ছেন।

হানিফঢাকা বলেছেন: There are two points to be mentioned here.
1. Muslim should obey any scholar as long as his teaching in line with Quran. If the teaching goes against Quran, no matter how renowned scholar he is, his teaching should be rejected. In this way, we obey and reject scholars teaching, and the criteria for judgement is Quran, not the person.
2. According to my understanding , the known four Imam did not have very much respect towards each other. Example...
Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal was apparently a vanguard of Islam, but in truth,
he was a dangerous hypocrite. Mujahid-al-Munafiq Imam Ahmad bin

Abu Hanifa is no less than Iblees and Dajjal. (Imam Malik, Khateeb

The worst of all people in Islam is Abu Hanifa. He is Dajjal. (Abdur Rahman

Imam Yahya bin Moin said that Iman Hanbal was a hidden Sabai (a bitter,
hateful Shi’a). (Tahqiq-il-Mazahib)
The Sacred Tank of water, Intercession, Angels questioning in the grave,
Doom of the grave, Returning of souls in the grave, are truths beyond
doubt. But Imam Bukhari said, “If Hanbal says that, it is all nonsense.”

Abu Hanifa says, “Be the curse of Allah on those who call themselves
Imams… Imam Malik, Shafi’i and Ja’far Sadiq were deceitful liars and
sodomites. (Tahqiq-il-Mazahib)
Abu Hanifa said that the ‘Imams’ of Islam are worse than the crawling
creatures. (Durre-Mukhtar)
Imam Ja’far Sadiq himself was a master forger, but he called all Imams of
Figh and the hadith narrators as the worst creatures under the heavens.

Imam Abu Yusuf said that other Imams were insects compared to Imam

I am not for and against any Imam. My way is very simple--- it does not matter who says what. If it confirms with Quran, I accept, if not reject. In this way I accept lots of teaching of all Imams and rejects the same. I do not follow blindly any Imam.
